WHAT IS A MONTHLY BOX, AND WHAT IS INSIDE THE BOX EACH MONTH?
Couture Swank Box is the ultimate subscription box for lifestyle enthusiasts with discriminating tastes. Each month you'll receive a jam-packed box with the newest, swankiest exclusively curated home goods, that range from household, decor, self-care and many of our lifestyle products. You'll also get a mini magazine about your products filled with tips and advice for using your products
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND BILLING DATES?
All boxes arrive the second week of the month for orders placed by the 31st of the prior month. Your credit card will be charged monthly on the 20th. For example, if your purchase was on January 31st, your first box is billed on the 31st, your first box will arrive the second week of February, your next billing is February 20th and your second box arrives the second week of March. For all prepaid subscriptions, your card will be charged the full subscription rate at initial purchase. If you would like to cancel your month-to-month membership, you must do so before the next bill date (cancel by the end of 18th, as billing occurs on the early on the 20th). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box.

We currently offer shipping of all products to the USA.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
To make any changes to your subscription, including shipping address or credit card information, please visit our "Contact" page and fill out the appropriate form.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you would like to cancel your month-to-month membership, you must do so by the end of the 19th, as billing occurs early on the 20th. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box. If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for and your subscription will be canceled after that point. WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?
All boxes arrive the second week of the month for orders placed by the 31st of the prior month. For example, if you order on January 31st, your first box will arrive the second week of February. If you order on February 1st, your first box will arrive the second week of March.
MY BOX HASN'T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your tracking number shows that your box was delivered but you cannot find it, the very best thing you should do is call your local Post Office. The large majority of the time they are able to locate it. We are happy to help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
WHAT IS YOUR REPLACEMENT POLICY? WHAT ABOUT BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS?
Couture Swank Monthly boxes are final sale and non-refundable. If for any reason one of your items arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box so we can send a replacement. We may request photos of the damaged item for our quality control review.
DOES EVERYONE RECEIVE THE SAME ITEMS EACH MONTH?
We do our best to ensure everyone receives the same items each month, however, this is subject to availability of products. If product substitution occurs, you will receive an item of the same or greater value.
