Q: I'VE SEEN AN ITEM BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND IT ONLINE?
A: If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website the item is no longer available. We understand how frustrating this can be so we are always looking to restock our most requested pieces or replace them with a similar style. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter where you will receive information on restocks, sales, and new arrivals.
Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
A: We ship worldwide.Shipping fees are calculated based on your address and carrier rates at checkout. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 10-15 business days. Please note that COUTURE SWANK is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. COUTURE SWANK does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us and we will issue you a store credit less any shipping and delivery fees.
Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event that your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?
A: Shipping fees are calculated based on your address and carrier rates at checkout. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 5-10 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United State and 10-15 business days for International. Please note your order must be placed by 12pm EST for the order to go out the same day. If the order is made after the cutoff time it will ship the following business day.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A: Your order will process for 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
A: Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at info@coutureswank.com. One of our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you. Please note to check your spam folder as well as your email may have filtered into that folder.
Q: WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?
A: If after contacting USPS you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at info@coutureswank.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Q: I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
A: We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for any changes to your order.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR STORE POLICY?
A: Regular Priced Items bought on COUTURESWANK.com will be accepted for a return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and for pillows, throws, paper goods and towels, free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSSORIES, HOME FRAGRANCE and CANDLES ARE FINAL SALE. If such items are returned, they will be discarded.
